If there’s something you want to do, just do it (no Nike). But seriously, I think sometimes we can get hung up on whether something comes out perfect, or whether we have the best person to do the job, whether we can afford to get it done, etc. And while all these are valid thoughts I think it can often times prevent us from doing what we actually want to do.
I like to work with limited resources or unknown knowledge because truth be told; there is no proper way to do something. So fuck up, make a mistake, you’ll learn a valuable skill from it. Shit might even come out better than you think and end up sparking a new interest.
Point of the story is, follow your gut, and follow that curiosity that leads you to make things, ask questions, and never think you’re too big you learn something from the process.
(Also learn to accept that sometimes you really might have to do the thing yourself.)
